JOB PURPOSE Unicoin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across various platforms. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online community, and driving brand awareness and engagement. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Unicoin's brand objectives and marketing goals. Manage Unicoin's presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets, to drive audience engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate leads. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to Unicoin industry and brand, and leverage opportunities for engagement and interaction. Engage with Unicoin’s online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and fostering positive interactions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, content, and design teams, to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns and initiatives. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement. Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance Unicoin's social media presence and impact. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking, to achieve marketing objectives and ROI goals. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify Unicoin’'s reach and visibility on social media. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing are a plus. Proven experience (4+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the fintech, blockchain, or technology industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content distribution, engagement, and growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages tailored to different social media channels and audiences. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, visual communication, and brand building through social media. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance and ROI. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and others. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
