Job Overview: We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative, the individual must Bilingual with English and Spanish to join our team and assist our valued customers in resolving their inquiries and concerns. If you are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to excel, we want to hear from you! Rate in USD: $6.50 - $8.00 (Per Hour) Responsibilities: Engage with customers through various channels including email, online chat, and phone to address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively. Assist in setting up and resolving issues with customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. Verify customer information and manage customer interactions in a timely manner. Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, account activities, and resolutions. Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. Meet or exceed productivity and performance targets to contribute to the overall success of the customer support team. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or similar environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish, both oral and written, is essential. Proficiency in using basic office software and tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
