Apply now! PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) belongs to one of the main pillars of Global Finance which is Global Finance Infrastructure. GFSS environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the Finance processes while delivering global end to end process standards. Within GFSS, ISBN CoE Team is responsible for supporting all cash collections related topics from a knowledge and analytical perspective (Global Projects, Reporting, SOP, guidelines and Improvements) The team is expected to maintain contact for external customers when needed and all internal customers, including Customer Success Partner, Strategic Trading Partner Executives, Customer Support, Enablement and SAP Cash Collections. Cross collaboration among different Finance organizations, Controlling and Commercial areas is a prerequisite for success. TASK · Manage User Stories scope and timeline, tracking milestones and deliverables. · Problem-solving attitude and the ability to bring in ideas for process improvements. · SOP – Guidelines creation. · Strong engagement and knowledge of all business stakeholders around ISBN. · Support the leadership team with regards to the resolution of highly complex escalations. · Promote Agile Mindset · Actively support the regions regarding KPI’s & Reporting · Drive continuous improvement of topline related processes, especially in the context of the automation / improvement of major business processes to ensure compliance and a high process efficiency · Ability to present analysis to senior management · Self-managed, high customer orientation EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES · Fluency in spoken and written English · Detail oriented with strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills. · Ability to set priorities and work with minimal direction. · Strong knowledge of SAP systems and tools. · Proactive and social personality. Ability to work in team. · Very good presentation skills. · Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). · Pro-active work ethic and strong initiative WORK EXPERIENCE · Clear understanding of the E2E process. · Working experience with Shared Service Centre (min. 2 years). · Experience in expert, catalyst, or development program is a plus. · Proven Skills in coordinating between different stakeholders (Business / Controlling / Board etc.) We build breakthroughs together SAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
