JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a versatile, energetic, self-motivated individual to develop, execute, and manage our marketing efforts. As marketing Director, you will develop brand and marketing strategies, delegate tasks to the marketing team, set and achieve targets, and establish relationships with the media and clients. You should be able to build relationships with a variety of professionals. To be successful, you should be a keen multitasker who thrives in a competitive environment. Outstanding candidates have extensive marketing experience and can make decisions under pressure. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Brand Management: Lead efforts to define, communicate, and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, social media, and events. Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Content Strategy: Develop and manage a content strategy that provides valuable and engaging content to target audiences, establishing the company as an industry thought leader. Lead Generation: Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and tactics that contribute to revenue growth. Product Marketing: Work closely with product teams to develop and execute product launch strategies, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing data to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies for better outcomes. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, professional development, and a positive work environment. Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, influencers, and industry players to expand the company's reach. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals within financial constraints JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions Experience in US Market Strong data analysis skills and ability to use both quantitative and qualitative means to map strategy, decisions, product iterations, and roadmap prioritization back to data BSc in marketing, branding, business, PR, or a similar field. Superb marketing and research skills. Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and related software. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the crypto industry and market trends Highly observant and analytical. Strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience working at a startup is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication Thorough and detail-oriented – execute high-quality work and keeps the information up-to-date Flexible and adaptable – can manage change and work comfortably with ambiguity Team player – works well in a collaborative environment Fluent in English and Spanish is desirable Powered by JazzHR
