Desired Candidate Profile: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the AI/ML strategy, overseeing the development of cutting-edge solutions, and providing technical guidance to the team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Job Responsibilities: Planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, product owners, internal operators, and business stakeholders to understand business needs, define project scope, and translate business problems into technical solutions. Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies, assessing their applicability to our goals and integrating them into our projects where beneficial. Oversee the development of scalable and efficient AI/ML models, ensuring they adhere to ethical AI principles. Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from research and development to deployment and maintenance. Select and implement appropriate machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, or deep learning, based on the problem at hand. Identify new opportunities to apply data science and machine learning techniques to solve problems and assist in addressing existing problems around plan optimization, dynamic pricing, usage predictions, market analysis, etas, time predictions, and more. Contribute to strategic discussions on the future direction of AI/ML initiatives within the company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and graph analytics, with a focus on graph neural networks (GNNs) Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models at scale. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
