We pride ourselves on delivering quality projects at a premium price, backed by a team that values professionalism, approachability, and the ability to educate our clients about the construction process.The Sales and Appointment Setting Coordinator is a dual-role position that serves as one of the first points of contact for our clients, playing a pivotal role in guiding prospects through our process in a fun and educational manner. This role requires balancing professionalism with approachability, effectively managing initial client engagement, and scheduling appointments. While construction experience is beneficial, it is not required for someone eager to learn quickly. Success in this role is largely dependent on attitude, the ability to make people feel valued, and the skill to navigate conversations with confidence, compassion, and certainty. Work schedule: Must be generally available between 10 am -6 pm PST but only 20 hours per week.Hourly rate: USD 8.00 Although this is a part-time position, the income can represent a full-time position if goals are met Responsibilities: Lead Engagement and Qualification: Engage with leads through calls, emails, and texts, providing a welcoming and informative introduction to our services. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for clients with our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition and preparation for a successful sales consultation. Client Project Assessments: Complete assessment surveys to understand client needs and desires for their projects. Resource Preparation: Gather and present relevant resources, including videos and visual galleries, to educate clients at each stage. Proposal Development: Use templates and tools to collate proposals, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Presentation Support: Assist in creating and revising presentation materials, maintaining high standards of quality. Sales Process Support: Work closely with the executive sales team to deliver an outstanding experience for our clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our services. Requirements : Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High emotional intelligence, with the capability to build rapport and trust. Professional yet approachable demeanor. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information. Basic skills in CRM and database management preferred. Openness to continuous learning and development. Willingness to participate in continuous training and development sessions weekly. Ability to work closely with the owners to develop skills and effectively move clients through the sales and appointment setting process. Must provide a video recording during the application process, explaining suitability for the role, including any relevant experience, influences, and familiarity with sales techniques.
