There is a garage (605 square feet), a barn (2303 square feet), a chapel (322 square feet) and a second house (900 square feet). The property has potable water, gas from town, internet with Wi-Fi, Direct TV in both houses, 2 telephone lines, 220voltage for electricity and the stunning gardens are maintained by a sprinkler system. The property is secluded yet not isolated and has a private entrance bridge over a year round river. The property is surrounded by a perimeter fence 6 feet high.
