The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for creating engaging and meaningful interactions. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice across various social media platforms. Engage with the online community to attract and retain followers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, comments, reviews, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with key team members to create monthly social content calendars and strategies. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and cohesive online presence. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to support various tasks and initiatives. Qualifications: Previous experience in social media management or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and more. A passion for community building, customer interaction, and monitoring the latest social media trends. Strong organizational, writing, and time-management skills. High-speed internet access is necessary. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
