About the Role :As an International Desk Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing a team and overseeing various processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include effective team management, coordination, and leadership to achieve desired goals and outcomes. Responsibilities: As an International Desk Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on headhunting for positions in the United States, Canada, and Europe. You will be responsible for effectively handling client relationships, serving as a key point of communication throughout the hiring process. This role will primarily focus on filling positions in middle management, executive roles, and board-level positions. Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process (Headhunting) for the United States, Canada, and Europe, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients. Manage and handle client relationships, serving as the key point of communication throughout the hiring process. Focus on recruiting for positions in middle management, executives, and board members, identifying and attracting top talent in the market. Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to understand and align recruitment goals with the overall business objectives. Stay updated on market trends, industry insights, and talent acquisition best practices to enhance the recruitment process and deliver exceptional results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration). Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including headhunting, for international markets, particularly the United States, Canada, and Europe. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in recruiting for middle management, executive, and board-level positions, with a track record of successfully filling key roles. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant software. Proactive mindset, staying ahead of industry trends and developments to bring innovative solutions to talent acquisition challenges.
